In February 2010, Google Translate was integrated into the browser by default, for optional automatic webpage translation.
It is a rule-based translation method that utilizes predictive algorithms to guess ways to translate texts in foreign languages.
But it translates them to French nonetheless.
This application provides users with tools to translate between languages and they now include an image option; users take a photograph of a sign, piece of paper, or other form of written text and receive a translation in the language of their choice.
